|All our products are either sugar free, very
low sugar or have no added sugar. The majority of them are also
low carb, but sugar free does not necessarily mean low carb. Those
products that are compatible with a low carb diet are highlighted
as such. If you're on maintenance or have a high carb tolerance
level, you may be able to eat any of the products we stock. Full
nutritional information and ingredients can be found by pressing
the "Info" button next to the product.
|We aim to deliver orders for mainland UK within
4 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders for
other areas of the UK are sent by Parcelforce and should be received
within 7 working days of placing your order. If you live outside
of the UK, please choose the relevant shipping option from the drop
down box on the basket page and the shipping charges will be automatically
calculated for you. Please see the "NEWS"

|Please arrange for your order to be delivered
to work or a neighbour if you are not normally home during the day.
A signature is required, but if you ask for the parcel to be left
somewhere without a signature, this is entirely at your own risk.
Please insert any special instructions or messages in the free text
box when completing your order. Failure to do so may result in you
having to collect your order if couriers are unable to deliver because
nobody is there to accept the parcel. They cannot leave orders without
prior instructions. We reserve the right to pass on any charges we
incur for undeliverable or uncollected orders, together with an administration
fee should you subsequently decide to cancel the order.

|When ordering online via our secure server, please
use a Debit Card such as Switch or Delta wherever possible. However,
we also accept most major credit cards, except Diners. Just choose
the "Credit Card" option on the Checkout page for either
payment method. Payment is debited at the time of ordering and we
don't usually see payment details. Therefore if you choose an incorrect
shipping charge for example, we cannot debit further amounts from
your card unless you call or fax your details to us. You may also
place your order by post, telephone, fax or email.
If paying by cheque, please make your cheque payable to "SugarLite
Foods" and post it to the address on the Contact page. We cannot
despatch your order without it and reserve the right to delay your
order until the cheque has cleared.
|Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a cooling off period of 7 days
in which to change your mind. Please note we will be happy to refund
your account with the cost of all or part of your order if products
are returned in re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to levy
an administration fee for refunds and/or restocking purposes. Unfortunately
delivery charges cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory
